Terms and Conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Axion Trade.
• This promotional offer is open to all clients of Axion Trade with a Trading Account. Managed Accounts are not allowed to participate in this promotional offer.
• The Qualifying Trades must be made (and approved if applicable) successfully between 1 April 2022, 0000hr and 30 April 2022, 2359hr (“Promotional Offer Period”), both dates inclusive.
• Trades executed by an Expert Advisor (EA) are not eligible for this Promotional Offer.
• “Day” means the period commencing on 0000 hours on a day in Server time (GMT+2) and ending on 2359 hours on the same day. All dates and times in these Terms and Conditions refer to dates and time on Server time.
• This promotional offer is valid with all other promotional offers of Axion Trade.
• Promotional offer is only for clients holding a Standard or Pro account with Axion Trade. Institutional Clients are not eligible for this promotional offer.
• All employees of Axion Trade, its subsidiaries, employees of any partners, sponsors and agencies who are involved in organising the Promotional Offer as determined by Axion Trade, shall not be eligible for this promotion.
• Axion Trade reserves the right to suspend, with Promotional Offer or terminate the Promotional Offer at any time without notice. Axion Trade shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotional Offer, including without limitation, any error in computing and chances, any breakdown or malfunctions in any computer systems or equipment. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Axion Trade assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible and/or postage-due mail.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotional Offer, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
• Axion Trade may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify any one or more of these Terms and Conditions in such manner as Axion Trade shall think fit, including without notice or assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify any one or more of these Terms and Conditions in such manner as Axion Trade shall think fit, including without limitation, the eligibility of any customer, the bases, and methods of identification of Eligible Customers and any dates in connection with the Promotional Offer. Axion Trade shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned matters or arising from these Terms and Conditions or the Promotional Offer or the Prize.
